Anne Radford is an organisational consultant working with businesses, healthcare systems and communities. She also coaches managers, change agents and consultants who want to deepen their knowledge and use of Appreciative Inquiry and other strength-based approaches to change.

She is a Sloan Fellow of the London Business School and has degrees from the United States and the UK. Based in London, she is the publisher and editor the Appreciative Practitioner an email publication. She runs workshops and master classes on change issues in London.

Anne Radford, as a senior manager and organisational consultant, has worked with businesses, professional practices, healthcare trusts, communities, public agencies and academic organisations in Europe, South America, and the United States.

She works with Appreciative Inquiry as well other relational approaches to improve organisational leadership, management effectiveness, and 360 feedback. She also assists communities and local Councils to improve communication among sectors and establish priorities for action that everyone can commit to.

She is an Associate of the Roffey Park Institute in England as well as the Taos Institute.
