This, hands on, learn by doing, in-depth workshop is designed for anyone seeking to obtain a solid grounding in the theory and practice of appreciative inquiry – e.g.- managers, consultants, human resource professionals, organizational and community facilitators - anyone concerned with minimizing resistance while achieving rapid change within human systems.AI has been used very successfully with large change initiatives like program evaluation, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and for relational processes such as union/management relationship, diversity as an asset, and preparing the workforce to shift from hierarchy to horizontal team based processes. AI is particularly useful in turbulent environments.
