Arne Vestergaard is working in Copenhagen, Denmark as an independent consultant and researcher. He has defended a PhD thesis in the Taos-Tilburg Programme: "Non-determinist Vocabularies of Coping with Complexity in Organisations". His professional interests is in how consultants, managers and organisations meets the complexity of present-day organizational life and processes. Social Constructionist ideas are combined with other "psychologies" in multitheoretical approaches and mindset. Besides the consultancy work, he also works with individual counseling and is associated with a research project on a relational approach to understanding stress and wellbeing in organisations using improvisational theatre as research method.

He is also a partner in CompLead, a consultancy group that offers education and training for organizational psychologists and consultants, - and facilitation of leadership learning dialogues.
