Bauback is Founder & Principal of B.Y. Consulting (www.byconsulting.com). His work focuses on creating and sustaining market leading organizational performance initiatives from multi-stakeholder organizational strategy creation and implementation to leadership development and creating eco-advantage. Bauback’s experience supporting individuals and organizations all over the world includes working closely with clients such as The World Bank, United Nations, FIEP Brazil, Progressive Insurance, Alcatel-Lucent, Swagelok, Adris Group, and United Way.

Bauback is an Adjunct Professor at the Love School of Business at Elon University and the School of Public Affairs at American University. He is an Affiliate Instructor at Case Western Reserve University and an advisor at Duke’s Sustainability Initiative in the Fuqua School of Business. Bauback is a skilled facilitator and a leader in Appreciative Inquiry and Cognitive-Behavioral Executive Coaching. He holds a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University and an M.S. in organization development from American University. Bauback is an accredited consultant for the Emotional-Social Competence Inventory (ESCI), an author of forward thinking articles on organizational change, a guitarist, and music producer.
