Leadership is one of the oldest social constructions in the World,
and since language was born among human beings probably also basis for
a lot of discussion. Demands from authorities that public sector
leaders qualify their practice through education and exams in
combination with their leadership practice call for new ways of
providing leadership education and new ways of thinking leadership
construction.
In this workshop we are proud to introduce a way of adding positive
synergy to leadership practice. We present a systemic approach to
leadership training performed in an educational joint venture between
public sector trainers and private sector trainers. Leadership
construction is observed from a public sector position as well as from
a private sector position.
The systemic based leadership education has from an organizational
position a positive effect for large politically administered
organisations by co-ordinating meaning and strategic dialogue. To
generate and enhance organizational coherence might be the biggest
challenge for large organisations as well as for companies providing
systemic education. The training programme is concluded by exams and
options to choose between further educational paths.
