New this year: Certificate in Relational Leading
"[The next generation of leaders] want to promote collaboration, synthesize different viewpoints and make sure people's talents and abilities are used more effectively…They are moving to more open models founded on humbly leveraging the resources around them than thinking they have all the answers or need to drive things centrally".

Stories from the Best and Brightest Young Business Leaders
The concept of relational leading draws attention to the importance of relationships in organizing the activities of people working together. The traditional view of leadership emphasizes the skills and accomplishments of individuals, while relational leading calls upon us all to become leaders.
Relational leading values the contributions of every individual and explores how people make sense of their organizations and the role they play within them. By focusing on relational processes, we open our ability to understand and practice inclusive decision-making, thoughtful dialogue, innovation and collaboration in a way that makes members of an organization feel valued.
Relational leading walks hand in hand with sustainability, diversity, and inter-dependence. In a world of rapid change, global interchange and ever increasing complexity the practices of relational leading allow us to maximize our human potential to achieve positive outcomes that far exceed what we could accomplish as individuals.
We invite you to take a step into the future of leadership by joining our online Certificate Program in Relational Leading!
