For more than 25 years, Claire Fialkov has been engaged in the study and application of psychology, communication, and relational transformation. Dr. Fialkov is a licensed psychologist and consultant dedicated to helping clients discover and maximize their strengths to bring out the best in themselves and in their relationships. Claire is recognized for her practice of positive psychology and appreciative inquiry within organizations in the social service, healthcare, community mental health, and higher education sectors. Along with David Haddad, she is a co-founder of Appreciative Action where they help clients cultivate their capacity for intention and self reflection in the service of building appreciative organizations. Claire is an Associate Professor at William James College. Her current research involves the cultivation of strengths through appreciative inquiry. Dr. Fialkov is a member of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), and a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
