Dan Saint, PhD, MBA, serves on the faculty of the Center for Appreciative Practice at University of Virginia and the Samatvam Academy of Gurgaon, India. He is an award-winning leader, teacher and consultant with proven success in helping clients lead positive change. He has seen first-hand the power of AI as a C-level business leader and as a Partner and Global Practice Leader at Deloitte. Dan has both instructed students and guided leaders in applying appreciative inquiry (AI) and positive organization change. He has advised clients in over 40 countries across multiple industries, from start-ups to Fortune 500-sized companies, NGOs and academic institutions. Client’s served include Ally Bank, Boeing, Daimler, Dr Lal PathLabs (India), Fiat-Chrysler, GM, Intel, Navistar, Sasakawa India Leprosy Foundation, World Bank, University of Delhi, University of Detroit and University of Virginia. He has served on the faculties of several business schools as an adjunct professor and is an advanced yoga teacher (RYT 500). Dan began his career in the US Army 82nd Airborne Division and was an infantry captain.
