Diego is a researcher at the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Education and Applied Psychology in Padua, Italy. Author of numerous scientific publications, he taught social psychology, qualitative methods and community psychology at the Universities of Padua, Verona and Milan Bicocca. His main research interests are in social and clinical psychology, focusing on change, motivated irrationality, ageism, qualitative and generative methods, multiplicity and relational processes in the construction of the self. His major concerns are also about the development of relational theory and its application to therapy and psychosocial inquiry. Working as a psychotherapist, consultant and trainer in Padua and Brescia, he advanced practices intertwining dialogic, narrative and solution focused orientations within a social constructionist perspective.
