Dorothy is a dedicated talent and organization development consultant. Founding her consultancy firm, Elite People Consultancy Limited since 2006, she has served businesses across industries, NGOs, government agencies, educational and health care institutions in Greater China, South East Asia and the USA. Her specialty areas include organization development, customer service culture reinvention, leadership and people development, employee engagement, organizational culture change, organizational learning, as well as performance and process enhancement. Her vision is to facilitate flourishing growth in individuals, relationships, organizations, and communities through bringing out the best in people.
As a Principal of Corporation for Positive Change (CPC) and the founder of Hong Kong Center for Positive Change, Dorothy applies methods and tools that are firmly grounded in the strength-based principles of Appreciative Inquiry. She designs and facilitates co-creative processes for diverse groups of different sizes for positive and lasting change. She works with leaders and teams to achieve generative results by tailoring our practices and processes to their unique culture, challenges and business environment. She also trains practitioners to do this work within and beyond their own organizations.
Dorothy is the first Certified Learning and Performance Professional® (CPLP®) of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in Hong Kong. She is a Senior Action Learning Coach of the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) and trains Action Learning coaches and consultants. She has led Action Learning projects to support organizations to enhance business performance, create learning culture, develop leaders and high potentials, build strong teams, and plot strategic plans.
Dorothy holders a Master of Science degree in Hotel & Tourism Management of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management of Florida International University.
She is originally from Hong Kong and speaks Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
