Gitte Haslebo has a Masters Degree in social psychology from the University of Kansas , a Degree in psychology from the University of Copenhagen and is a certified specialist and supervisor in organisational psychology. She established the consultancy firm in 1991 and carries out consultancy and training tasks both for private and public companies. The tasks comprise consultancy assignments in periods of change, conflict dissolution, management and organizational  development, training and supervision of managers, training courses in consultancy and coaching, coaching of managers and managerial groups and professional support and advice in managerial crises. The work is based on social constructionism and inspired by systemic, appreciative and narrative approaches to consultation, management and organisational development. She is the author and co-author of numerous books and articles on leadership and organisational development – the most recent book dealing with moral dilemmas in organisations. A translation of the Danish title is Ethics in organisations – from good intentions to better possibilities of action. She is also a board member of the Danish Psychological Publishing agency.
