Since 2003 "Rusmiddel Center Odense" has based their management and organizational processes on systemic and constructionist principles. Both managers and staff have been trained in using these ideas and practices in their every day life in the organization.  In this workshop we will present the thought behind the systemic constructionist organization, why we decided to do this, how we became a systemic constructionist organization and not least what effects it had on staff and clients.
