At this
workshop Karl and Carsten will present their latest practices and ideas from
their collaborative work on “Interventive Interviewing” being a continuation and
development of Tomm´s ground breaking work on systemic – appreciative ways of
interviewing. Their latest work “Expanded Interventive Interviewing –
Contextualizing Invitational Practices” has been inspired by a mix of systemic,
narrative and social constructionist theory and practice.

Course Structure
Master
Series is a cohesive course made up of four one-day workshops featuring
inspiring international speakers. You can choose to attend all workshops at a
reduced price or pick the one(s), which is of most interest to you. Carsten
Hornstrup from MacMann Berg will lead us through all the workshops and create
the connections between the theoretical input, experiences from abroad and a
Danish organizational context.
