Jacob is a passionate systemic practitioner with a sincere interest in pragmatic systemic and social constructionist ideas. He has worked at all levels in both private and public organizations since 1999, and has had a part time associate professor position at the University of Aarhus since 2002 and at Aarhus School of Architecture since 2006.

He is founder of Attractor, the leading European systemic consultancy, with offices in four countries and today director of this organization now being part of Ramboll Management Consulting.

Jacob’s achievements has been, through his innovative mindset and practices, to take pragmatic systemic and social constructionist ideas into organizational settings expanding current applications.

He has co-authored five books and written a series of articles. His educational background include: a Post Graduate Diploma from Aarhus School of Business, and MSc through KCCF in London and is being awarded a doctorate degree in 2011 on his dissertation on leading a systemic community.
