Jason Wolf is an explorer of organizations and a ‘radical catalyst’ for organizational health, effectiveness and performance. He is a sought after speaker and consultant on such topics as sustaining high performance, organization culture and change, leadership and service. An innovative thinker and experienced facilitator, Jason works as a collaborative coach in helping organizations build a direct path to organizational outcomes and overall success. He is also strongly committed to bridging the scholar-practice divide by advocating practical scholarship and encouraging the increase in research projects driven from inside organizations.

Jason currently serves as the Director of Organization Development for the Eastern Group of HCA (Hospital Corporation of America). In his role he guides Organization and Leadership Development strategy for one of the company’s operating units, comprised of over 50 facilities and 40,000 employees.  He is also the primary author of HCA’s 2006 High Performance Facility Study that helped to shape HCA’s current cultural strategy.

Jason’s research interest focuses on using paradox to sustain high performance in organizations and the influence of discourse and social construction on organization change. Jason has been a long-time member of  the Organization Development Network, serving as a member of the Board of Trustees from 1999-2002 and  founding the Student Paper and Presentation Program He lives in the Washington, DC area with his wife (and best friend) Beth.
