Kuo Frank Yu is an Assistant Professor in the Management Department
in the College of Business at the City University of Hong Kong. He
received his BA at Swarthmore College, and his PhD at the Haas School
of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. His interests
include interdisciplinary approaches to managing uncertainty, apology
and accountability and the challenge of image restoration,
organizational decision making, and successful leaders in high risk
organizations.
