Leadership as Transformative Dialogues

Life in organizations is increasingly influenced by outside events, blurring the boundaries between outside and inside. In a world of increasing transparency, where large and small events are influencing our everyday work life, keeping our organization alive becomes more and more important. From a systemic-constructionist perspective, one of the most vital organizational activities is living dialogue – dialogue among colleagues, between employee and leader and between members of the organization and the outside world. Based on the idea of “Transformative Dialogues” Sheila would like to invite the participants to a talk on how to practise transformative dialogues in organizations.

You will have a unique opportunity to develop and sharpen your systemic and constructionist thinking in a way that can improve your practice - today and in the future. By meeting a number of the most inspiring thinkers and practitioners within the field, you can sustain and develop your own and your organization’s knowledge of systemic and constructionist theory and practice.

Course Structure
Master Series is a cohesive course made up of four one-day workshops featuring inspiring international speakers. You can choose to attend all workshops at a reduced price or pick the one(s), which is of most interest to you. Carsten Hornstrup from MacMann Berg will lead us through all the workshops and create the connections between the theoretical input, experiences from abroad and a Danish organizational context.
