Maria Borcsa, PhD, Psychological Psychotherapist, Professor for Clinical Psychology at the University of Applied Sciences, Nordhausen, Germany. She teaches systemic approaches in following programmes: Health and Social Services (B.A.), Social Management (B.A.) and Change Management (M.A.).

She is co-editor of the journal "Systeme" (Publisher: Systemic Society - German Association for Systemic Research, Therapy, Supervision and Counselling (SG) & Austrian Study Group for Systemic Therapy and Systemic Studies (ÖAS)) (since 2001) and of the journal "PiD - Psychotherapie im Dialog. Psychoanalyse, Systemische Therapie, Verhaltenstherapie, Humanistische Therapien". Stuttgart: Thieme (since 2007).

She is board member of the Systemic Society – German Association for Systemic Research, Therapy, Supervision and Counselling (Systemische Gesellschaft) (since 2005) and board member of EFTA - European Family Therapy Association / Chamber of National Family Therapy Organizations (since 2007).
