Creating Promising Futures Through Social Construction
Together with the student Jossmery León Domínguez she has explored the experience of having been a Master student through an auto-ethnographic study (Final Project of the Official Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology, titled “Prácticas Externas: Autoetnografía de una alumna de Máster”.
In the field of juvenile justice and young offenders, she published in 2012 “Evaluation of the effectiveness of minimum intervention measures on young offenders” (The Spanish Journal of Psychology, 15(2), 702-709). Also in this area, in 2016 she has directed with María Dolores García Hernández the doctoral thesis of Elena María Acosta Pérez about “Evaluación de Efectividad de las medidas intervención mínima con menores Infractores”. At present she is thesis advisor, together with her colleague Maria Dolores, of Silvia Rodríguez Alonso, who is working on Relations for young people with judicial measures: A collaborative research on their meanings and significances, inspired by the ideas of collaborative and dialogic approach. This thesis emerges from the relationship and collaboration with their colleagues Rocío Chaveste y Maria Luisa Molina at the Kanankil Institute of Mexico.
