Marina Vinitsky, Ph.D.
She grew up in different sociocultural contexts in Argentina. She has a Master in Psychology and she has completed a post-graduate degree in systemic clinical psychology and a specialization in clinical psychology and trauma psychotherapy.
As a psychotherapist, she has had a long practice in different settings of individual and family therapy as well as in couple therapy, in private institutions and public mental health hospitals in Argentina, Israel and Germany.
She has been a lecturer at Buenos Aires University (UBA) and Maimonides University and she has trained and supervised counseling students at the Systemic Counseling Institute FOCUS in Argentina.
She is an honorary member of the Buenos Aires Systemic Association (ASIBA), member of the board commission of the journal “Sistemas Familiares” and member of the EMDRIA Association. At present, she is the Executive Director of the ICCP - International Certification International Certification of Collaborative Practices.
Both, having lived and worked as a clinical psychologist in different countries, and being part of a bicultural marriage, has enabled her to understand the particular way people think, feel, perceive their lives and create interpersonal distance.
At this moment, her interest is focused in exploring the complexity of language in the interviewing process in different cultural contexts through constructionist ideas.
