Nelly Nduta Ndirangu, MA is a Co-founder of the KIMO Wellness Foundation, has led the development of programs for victims of the post-election violence in Kenya, peace building initiatives, programs for internally displaced families, and the Trauma Informed Community Empowerment Program (TICEP) in Murang’a County. She has been involved in developing the strength-based curriculum being implemented with the students in Kenya by William James College as the team Coordinator in Kenya. Nelly has worked hand in hand with Fialkov, C., Haddad, and D. in their recent research,(June 2015) Research as future forming: Kimo talks. Kimo Wellness Foundation, Thika, Kenya. Ndirangu has a BSc Counseling Psychology, and she is earning her MA in Counseling Psychology at Kenya Methodist University. She is a trained addiction counselor, supervisor, and therapist and proprietor Kimo Wellness Counseling Centre.
