Associate professor at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana of  Bucaramanga, Colombia since 1997. Leader of the Research Group:  Psychosocial Analysis and Transformation, with projects in: conflict analysis and transformation, participative methodologies, and critical psychology. The Colombian conflict has been one of my major interests in the past years working on collective memory, life-together methodologies, dialogical strategies and critical thinking about social constructions and interactions. The social theory and explanations are the most important academic interest beyond psychological and individualistic explanations. Communitarian Resistance and Collective Memory through Popular Music in Colombia are the most recent research projects. The conclusions of these works and researches are being useful not only for the Colombian context but also for other analysis linked to human meaning construction and community development.
