Pedro P. S. Martins, M.Sc., is a psychologist. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Graduate Program in Psychology offered at the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Ribeirao Preto; University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. He graduated as a psychologist at the Federal University of Uberlandia. He is currently a researcher at the Laboratory of Research and Studies in Group Practices (LAPEPG) in the Department of Psychology at USP/Ribeirao Preto. Pedro is a member of the research group "Psychology, Health and Social Constructionism". He has worked as an international research scholar at the University of New Hampshire, USA, on two occasions (2012 and 2015) under the supervision of Prof. Sheila McNamee, Ph.D. His research focuses on the work with families in contexts of mental health care, particularly aiming at the creation of generative conversational resources that bridge academic and practical knowledge in family therapy and other contexts.
