  • 2:00 – 4:30 PM – PHD program and Diploma program student/advisor meeting – students will be invited to present their research and work

Conference – Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018 

  • 5:30 pm – Opening Plenary in the Ballroom – Keynote and Opening Activity
  • 8:00 pm – Welcome Dinner (Dinner will be together with all who are registered for the conference and their guests)

Friday, Nov. 9
