Creating Promising Futures Through Social Construction
MA in Political Science,
Rasmus is passionate about systemic and social constructionist ideas and practice. He has worked for 8 years as a business manager at Attractor, a leading systemic management consultancy, which is part of Ramboll Management Consulting. Here he and Jacob Storch were for many years - in close cooperation with Kenneth Gergen - responsible for the Summer Institute - a successful European systemic and social constructionist conference filled with experts, inspiration, networking, conversations and knowledge related to daily practice. It is a conference where topics such as management, organizational development, change management, coaching, process consultation, and communication are discussed and moved forward.
As a manager, Rasmus has a natural leaning toward an appreciative style, aiming at creating an inspiring working environment where cooperation, responsibility, flexibility and professional enthusiasm are key words and actions. Motivated by creating relational change processes focused on employee involvement and commitment, he takes a continuous critical look at his professional manager role.
His focus is on continuous improvements in customer and colleague relations, the organization, management practice and business goals - always with a strong aim at learning and moving to places with different views in order to enrich professional life. For this, Rasmus draws on his relational experience as CEO, business manager, journalist and researcher, account manager and business consultant.
