Institute of Social Studies Trust:
Rituu B Nanda works with three organizations- Constellation, Taos Institute and Institute of Social Studies Trust. She has nine years of work experience primarily in public health in implementation, community engagement, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management and programme management. She also has facilitated two online communities of practice
and is part of design team for Taos Institute learning community.
Rituu loves strength-based and participatory practices. She’s interested in evaluation use in policy and is a member of Enabling Environment Task force in South Asia Community of Evaluators. The happiest moments have been in her work with communities. Her dream is to connect facilitators of strength-based approaches like Appreciative Inquiry, community life competence, asset-based community development etc. Participatory action research is Rituu’s passion and that is what she would like to do more and more of in her future.
