Don, a participant in Rodney’s doctoral research alleged that he is an eccentric. Although Rodney protested and made the case for mainstreaming him, Don was intractable the matter and Rodney sometimes sighs to know that he remains an eccentric in at least one relational space. One of the exhibits Don presented in support of his case was the curriculum vitae that follow. Rodney admits that some days he agrees with Don’s characterization. On other days, he feels more like a bricoleur always making do on the bricoles available and always on the verge of discovering-constructing a sort of kaleidoscopic consilience.
