It is through relational coordination that the organization comes to life.

The Taos Institute has developed its MSc program through the Professional Development Foundation (PDF). PDF has developed, and delivers and assesses programs in professional development which are quality assured and awarded by a university. The Taos Institute’s MSc in Relational Leading program follows their pathways which lead to university awards. Students studying via this route are able to complete an MSc in Relational Leading, awarded by Middlesex University.
The MSc Program is fantastic. We are now writing our first assessment paper that is a culmination of the first semester's learnings. I have to say that the reflection of SC topics into the workplace is such a helpful frame when you are trying to articulate your ways of working and your impact. It is also great to develop a language and community around it.
Wow, what I have learned from this program is that learning can continue to evolve even without a lot of direct faculty contact! I was not sure how that was going to work at the beginning.
