Description:
The Appreciative Inquiry Summit workshop is your gateway to learning and applying the concepts of Appreciative Inquiry to large scale change initiatives. Whether you are currently involved in a specific project or in the planning stages this workshop is a must for you. You will learn to design and facilitate powerful gatherings of 30 to 3000 people that accelerate change, build organizational confidence, provide immediate and broad access to information, promote a total organizational mindset, result in inspired action and provide the means to sustain positive change. You may bring your own AI Summit or join with others in planning theirs, in this a highly practical, interactive workshop.

Prerequisite: Completion of the Foundations of Appreciative Inquiry Workshop or its equivalent.
