- Early Bird Registration (until June 30th): $550  - SAVE $200 over Late Reg Fees
- Regular Registration (July 1st through August 24th): $650

- Late registration (Aug 25-onsite registration): $750

Student- Name of School attending full-time  is required when you register
- Early Bird Student Registration (until June 30th): $450 - SAVE $150 over Late Reg Fees
- Regular Student Registration  (July 1st through August 24th): $500

- Late Student Registration (Aug 25- onsite registration): $600

Senior Discount: available to those who receive the Positive Aging newsletter.

• Phone or fax registration:  send credit card info to 440-338-6733. We accept MasterCard, VISA. Please include the name on the card, the number and expiration date, the billing address where the credit card statement is received, the security number on back of card, email and a telephone number.

Cancellation Policy for workshop tuition

All cancellations must be received in writing prior to the start of the conference.

REFUNDS: An 80% refund for cancellations before July 15^th; and 50% refund between July 16-September 23^rd.  No refunds for cancellation within 24-hours of the start of conference.
