Includes opening dessert reception, all conference

ADDITIONAL COSTS:
Gala Saturday Night Dinner - $45
Sunday Celebration Brunch - $20 (11:00 am - 12
noon)
REFUND POLICY: 80%
refund for cancellations before Sept 6th, 50%
refund for cancellations between Sept 7th and
Sept. 22nd and 20% refund thereafter. A $35.00
fee will be charged for substituting one person
for another once a registration has been processed.
This conference has already occurred and no
further registrations will be processed.
