Taos Advisors – End of Semester Summary & Invoice

As the semester (Sept-Feb) comes to an end, we encourage you to plan a time with your student(s) to reflect on their past semester and to plan for the one starting soon.

We ask that you submit the following online form for two reasons:

1. To confirm the status of your student(s) in the past semester (Active, LOA, etc) and to let us know their status for the next semester so that student invoices can be generated.
   
2. To provide the Taos Institute with an invoice for your advisory services so that we can send your payment (Active students only). Payments are processed around March-April.

Important: Please submit one form per student, for all of your students, even if your student was on Leave of Absence this past semester.

Please submit your Summary & Invoice no later than February 15, 2025.
