Friday evening, you are invited to a cocktail reception at Champlain College. Please RSVP so we can ensure you are included.
Saturday evening, you are invited to our group party - dinner is provided - we request your RSVP for catering purposes. This event is a BYOB event - Bring your own Beverage: soda, juices, beer or wine. (tea and lemonade provided) We thought it would be fun for you to bring and feature your “favorite wine or beer to share” and taste others’ favorites too. Dinner choice - Chicken or Vegetarian. We need to know your preference by Aug. 25th. Thank you.
Everyday, breakfast and lunch are included in your registration fee.
5:30-7:30… Join us at SPLASH - A Restaurant On the Burlington Waterfront - a beautiful and fun location.
For those of you traveling to Burlington and for those of you who live nearby, we hope you’ll join us for an evening of greeting old friends and making new ones.
Cash bar and food - pay on your own.
BISHOP BOOTH CONFERENCE CENTER (BBCC) (8:00 - 5:00)
7:30 - 8:30 - Registration 8:00-9:00 - Breakfast at BBCC 9:00-5:00 - Day One Activities 1.5 hour lunch at BBCC with time for trail walking, bike riding, conversations, silent reflections 5:00 - Travel to Champlain College for reception (Share rides) 5:30-7:30 - Reception at Morgan Room with Opening Remarks from Champlain College’s President, Don Laackman. Food and drink available. Cash bar after the first drink.
7:30 Open evening - Dinner on your own. Gather in groups informally.
7:00 - 8:00 - Personal or Group yoga/meditation/Walk/Tai chi 8:00 - 9:00 - Breakfast at BBCC 9:00 - 5:30 - Day Two Activities 1.5 hour lunch at BBCC to enjoy each other and trail walking, bike riding, silent reflections 5:30 - 6:30 - ABC Hour: Announcements, Books, Bar, and Connections (BYOB) 6:30 - 8:00 - Dinner at BBCC - BYOB (Bring your own FAVORITE beverage, alcohol permitted). Plan to share and offer tastings.
7:00-8:00 - Personal or Group yoga/meditation/Walk/Tai chi 8:00-9:00 - Breakfast at BBCC 9:00-1:00 - Day Three Activities 1:00 - Lunch provided - Box lunches (soup and salad to go) will be available for those who need to leave.

You are welcome to bring your own books and materials to share during our ABC event. Please note: you will be responsible for your own sales including processing payments and receipts.

We are still looking for local hosts to offer accommodations to out of town visitors.

Bishop Booth is lake front property that offers a multitude of trails, beachfront and beautiful spaces for reflection where you might want to offer yoga, Tai Chi or lead a meditation.
