Tony Silbert, MSOD, a co-founder of Spartina Consulting (spartinaconsulting.com), has over 25 years of experience in business consulting, organizational development, training design and delivery, positive change leadership development, and coaching.  He brings strengths-based and participatory approaches to strategic planning, innovation, leadership development, and culture building. He teaches the Capstone (Strategic Management) in Providence College’s MBA program and provides leadership development training with UMass Boston, Center for Collaborative Leadership. 

Tony was selected as a Providence Business News “40 under 40” business leader in Rhode Island.  He is an NTL Member, Taos Associate, a partner and advisor to Social Enterprise Greenhouse (segreenhouse.org), and has served on the board of numerous non-profits.   

He has supported private and public sector organizations both domestically and abroad. His industry experience includes: Healthcare, Financial, IT, Government, Pharma, International Development, Telecomm, and Non-profit/Social Enterprise.

Tony lives in Wakefield, Rhode Island, with his wife, Jen, and two daughters.
