The Appreciative Leadership Development Program© (ALDP) is a four-day leadership development process focused on you: your strengths; your dreams; and what you need to cultivate successful relationships, inspire high performance teams, and build an appreciative organization culture.

Do the changes around you have you wondering what to do next? Are you in a job, career or life transition? Do you want to understand and work from your strengths? Do you want to learn how to coach and bring out the best in people, projects and teams? Do you want to get different results at work or in life and don’t know how to change?

The AI Leadership Development course was simply amazing. I’m still processing and relish the knowledge that I always will be.
