Various studies were published also in her native Dutch language: e.g., on co-development of performance measurement at the work floor; on effectively managing budget cuts in large municipalities; and on the behaviors of highly effective Dutch CIOs, mayors and (Lean and non-Lean) middle managers. Finally, action research was carried out in cooperation with the (g)local Grolsch beer brewery and with various other firms and public-sector actors such as the Dutch Tax office.
