Frank Xu is teaching post-modern psychology, collaborative dialogue, and collaborative leadership courses to help people and organizations to promote relational, collaborative, and multi-voice atmospheres. Frank Xu is also researching and teaching moral psychology, not only from a culture comparison perspective, in association with Chinese tradition, especially Confucianism, but also from a pragmatism perspective, in relation to how do we construct a new collaborative and more harmonic future: it is rather we need a new attitude than more advanced technology for us to turn the direction of the society and have a brighter future for all.
