Workshop 1 Description:
Introduction to the Collaborative Practices: From the "not-knowing" position, the Colaborative and Dialogical Practices extend an invitation to professionals from all disciplines, to participate in conversations and relationships that generate new possibilities.Conversations become enriched when contemplating the multiple meanings and ways of talking, acting and feeling that are involved in a human system in relations to the themes and conflicts that are focus of our attention. The Collaborative Practices promote the use of people's strengths, resources, creativity and resilience, where they seemed not to exist.

This workshop I is for all professionals that work with human relationships, in the contexts of Health, education, organizations and communities. An introduction to the philosophical foundations, main concepts and common procedures of the Collaborative Practices will be made through theory and practices.
