As a virtual Life Coach, I help sensitive and curious women navigate midlife and go from overwhelm, rush, tension, and unhealthy habits, to experiencing more positivity and energy, feeling more in control and organized, having clearer priorities, and making more time for self-care, fulfilling relationships, and fun. Applying Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry approaches to their daily routines, I work with individuals to discover their strengths, get clarity on what they really want for a meaningful life, and understand how positive emotions and appreciative language can help them reach their goals. My online coaching work space allows clients to work at their own pace and on their own schedule.

My unique perspective comes from growing up in a multi-cultural environment in the northeast of France, which led to a passion for languages and travel, and eventually relocating to the US. After over a decade in the travel industry with an international tour operator, I have been applying my attention to details and project management skills in accounting while attending graduate school and falling in love with strengths-based approaches to human development. When I put my books down, you will find me playing with my son and dog, biking or cross-country skiing, or simply noticing all the beauty that Vermont has to offer.

Education and Professional Experience: MS Human Relations and Organizational Development. MS Industrial and Organizational Psychology (anticipated graduation 2019). Positive Psychology Certificate. Director of Membership, Association for Talent Development VT Chapter. Planning Committee Co-Chair - 2018 Appreciative Inquiry Community Jam hosted by the Taos Institute and David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry . Appreciative Living Learning Circle facilitator.
