Jeff is Director of Custom Programs in the Executive Education group, School of Management, University of Texas at Dallas. His publications and ongoing client work are focused on helping clients ‘get along’ in continuously changing environments, by making use of relational and social constructionism, sensemaking, and Rortian pragmatism. Jeff brings 15 years of business consulting experience with Price Waterhouse, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Landsdowne Consulting and IBM, involving primarily business strategy and organizational change work for clients in North America and across Asia. Before joining UT Dallas, Jeff was Lecturer in the School of Management and Governance, University of Twente, in the Netherlands. Prior to that he was global lead for the design and delivery of learning programs for the Organizational Strategy practice of IBM’s Global Business Services division. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from California State University, a Master of International Management from Thunderbird, a PhD in Organizational Studies from the University of Twente, and is fluent in Japanese.
