Jen is an experienced consultant, trainer, and facilitator supporting public, private, and social profit organizations around the world. A co-founder of Innovation Partners International (www.innovationpartners.com), Jen’s professional career includes her consultancy work for Bearing Point (formerly KPMG), International Business Machines (IBM), PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Her strength-based approaches have delivered positive change results to hundreds of public and private organizations – small and large – around the world, from the YMCA, Sprint-Nextel, the American Red Cross, the United Nations, the Rhode Island Department of Education, and various community, family and youth-centered organizations. Jen’s primary offerings include Appreciative Inquiry and other asset-based, participative approaches to strategic planning, process innovation, stakeholder engagement, teaming and collaboration, and leadership development.
She holds dual BS degrees in international studies and economics from American University, and an MS in organization development from Johns Hopkins University. Jen actively participates in social enterprise programs focused on workforce and community development across her home state, to include those of the Social Venture Partners of Rhode Island (www.svpri.org) and the Volunteer Center of Rhode Island (www.vcri.org), where she serves on the executive board of directors. Recently Jen was honored by Providence Business News as a 2007 “Forty Under 40” award recipient, which recognizes RI-based professionals for demonstrating outstanding leadership in their field and in service to their community.
