LEAD from Your Strengths is a simple, yet profound and results-focused tool designed to unleash the best of what each of us already knows individually or collectively in order to focus on and create rapid pathways to inspired action.  LEAD is a four-step process that draws on the findings and principles of Appreciative Inquiry, Appreciative Intelligence, Positive Psychology and the Strengths Movement.  As an individual or group reflective process LEAD has the potential to create rapid, positive change for leaders at all levels from the Board Room to the Village Council and in so doing encourage and support the integration of strength-based approaches into everyday life and work.

During this highly interactive one-day workshop, participants will experience the four-step process: Listen. Envision, Apply, Deliver both as a group and individually and will leave with a strength-focused skill that will reap immediate benefits in their life and work.
