www.abup.noOdd Kenneth Hillesund is a family therapist working at Sørlandet Sykehus Hospital, department of child and adolescent mental health. He is the leader of a family unit with about 30 therapists, working with family therapy, neuroscience, and infant/toddler mental health. He has been engaged in supervising and teaching students in family therapy and mental health at the University of Agder, for several years. Together with colleagues from the university, he has led a program for dialogical collaboration between the university and the hospital, bringing together students, practitioners and academics in open dialogue.He is currently interested in dialogical practices, humans as responsive becomings, organizations as organisms, collaborative leadership, appreciative inquiry and social constructionism.On his free time he spends time with his family and friends. He has a boat and a small cabin, and loves spending time at sea or in the mountains.
