Based on his new book “Relational Being – beyond self and community” (2009) Ken Gergen will focus on how he thinks that recent developments in social constructionist thinking can inform and expand our thinking and our practices. The workshop will focus on theoretical developments – and how these can expand ways of working with leadership and organizational development.

Continuing the successful partnership from the Constructing Worlds Conference, MacMann Berg and Taos Institute invite you to join our MASTER SERIES which is a workshop series for managers and consultants experienced in and inspired by systemic and social constructionist thinking. You will have a unique opportunity to develop and sharpen your systemic and constructionist thinking in a way that can improve your practice - today and in the future. By meeting a number of the most inspiring thinkers and practitioners within the field, you can sustain and develop your own and your organization’s knowledge of systemic and constructionist theory and practice.

Course Structure
Master Series is a cohesive course made up of four one-day workshops featuring inspiring international speakers. You can choose to attend all workshops at a reduced price or pick the one(s), which is of most interest to you. Carsten Hornstrup from MacMann Berg will lead us through all the workshops and create the connections between the theoretical input, experiences from abroad and a Danish organizational context.
