The workshop will introduce the fundamentals of social constructionist theory, its implications, and its challenges. Special attention will be given to the constructionist enrichment of professional practices - in organizations, therapy, education, and more. Recent developments in relational theory will then be explored, including topics such as co-action, multi-being, and transformative dialogue. Attention will finally turn to a range of collaborative practices invited by a relational perspective. Participants with a background in social construction have an opportunity to explore issues of special relevance to their concerns. The workshop will provide ample opportunities for discussion and exploration.
