Diego Romaioli,  PhD, works at the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Pedagogy and Applied Psychology in Padova. He taught Qualitative Methods, Social and Community Psychology in the University of Padua, Verona and Milan. His main research interests are in Social and Clinical Psychology, focusing on theories of change, motivated irrationalities, qualitative methodologies and relational processes in the construction of the self and human organizations. His major concerns are also about the development of new social theories and their application to clinical practice. Romaioli is a member of the Taos Institute and an associate researcher of the Institute of Psychology and Psychotherapy of Padua. He works as a psychotherapist and consultant in juridical psychology in Brescia and Padua, using a methodology that links narrative and brief focus orientation to the social constructionist perspective.
