Ron has worked in the high-technology sector for over 30 years. As a scholar-practitioner his interest is in working with cross-functional teams to successfully implement strategy, and to maximize positive team member learning experiences through project initiatives. He has been a conference and keynote speaker with publications in the areas of culture, leadership, and communications.

For nine years, as an Adjunct Professor, he taught graduate students in the areas of professional communication, global cultures, and business administration. Ron is a co-inventor/patent holder (“Dynamic Content Control in an Informational Processing System Based on Cultural Characteristics,” U.S. Patent No. 9,672,537 B1) of a system process which incorporates research developed by Dr. Geert Hofstede.

Ron holds a Ph.D. from the University of Twente in Change Management and Organizational Behavior with a focus in the areas of relational leading and communication in teams. He also holds a Diploma in Social Construction and Professional Practices from The Taos Institute, a Master of Science degree in Professional Communication, and an MBA. Ron enjoys spending time and traveling with his family to experience different global cultures.
