Vikki Reynolds is a consultant, clinical supervisor and activist, who works from an anti-oppression and social justice framework.

Vikki’s therapeutic experience includes clinical supervision and therapy with refugees and survivors of torture, mental health and substance abuse counsellors, anti-violence workers, shelter and homelessness workers, and working alongside transgendered and queer communities. She also supervises therapy and community worker teams and activists independently and for non- profit agencies. 

Vikki has presented in Vancouver, and throughout BC/Yukon, and in other parts of Canada. She has trained and worked alongside community workers and therapists and delivered keynote addresses in New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, India and the USA.

Vikki has published on issues of social justice activism, solidarity, diversity, therapeutic supervision, group practice, substance abuse, queer theory, ethics, and promoting sustainability/resisting “burnout”. Her Taos PhD dissertation is entitled Doing Justice as a Path to Sustainability in Community Work (2010), and is available on the Taos website.

Vikki is an Instructor with Vancouver Community College, the University of British Columbia and with City University in the Masters’ Program where she has received the Dean’s award for Distinguished Instruction.
