Jakob is working as an OD consultant and coach in the company Attractor, Institute of communication, intervention and leadership. His work is primarily based on systemic and social constructionist theories that through a strong practice are brought alive in private and public organizations in Northern Europe .

In his daily work he is constantly searching for the magic of conversations, the uniqueness in a process and the spontaneous emerging life of improvisation. And through that search for answers to the question: How can we create new life in organizations?

Jakob is an executive coach working with top leaders from all organizations. He works with positive aging in Scandinavia and with leadership development. He is using appreciative inquiry and narrative methods in his work.

He has co-written a book on “The leader as a teamcoach” and is co-editing an anthology on positive aging.
