Stephanie is an assistant professor and clinical director at for the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Our Lady of the Lake University’s Houston campus. Her clinical interests include collaborative practices, neurofeedback, and financial therapy practices. She completed her doctorate in marriage and family therapy in 2014 after her doctoral internship at the Houston Galveston Institute (2011-2012) and her dissertation research (neurofeedback with cancer patients) at MD Anderson Cancer Center (2012-2014). After completion of her doctorate, she was honored to accept a position on the HGI faculty. She has a passion for the teaching and dispersion of collaborative practices. She recently began a conference series based around postmodern practices (Life Changing Conversations, first in 2016, and planning the 2017 conference in Houston) and is currently collecting data on collaborative practices in educational settings at Xavier Academy in Houston, TX.
